6. Montebajo Loop

This track is a shorter version of route 5 avoiding its most difficult sections, which makes it suitable for people less used to mountain biking. For this reason it’s important to pay attention to the signaling and not stray mistakenly.

Routes 5 and 6 share the first 13,1 km of their tracks. From that point, route 6 goes on straight until Montebajo farmhouse. These buildings and the fields surrounding belong to Miranda de Arga municipality. It wasn't always like this, that’s why each year a popular festival celebrates its recovery.

Montebajo is also the point where tracks 5 and 6 rejoin and then return to the town by the same dirt road. Just at the entrance of the town, they divert again in order for the route 6 to avoid the Tirujón singletracks.
